Fun Signature Cocktail Ideas


Whether for your rehearsal dinner or the reception itself, a fun and personal way to surprise your guests is with a signature cocktail! A signature cocktail or two can be a nice way to show the bridal couples personality. Generally, both the bride and the groom each pick a fun drink for the guests to enjoy. But with SO many choices how does one even chose a single drink??? Well, don’t worry, the team at Laughing Dog Productions has put together some options for you! We have each picked a potential cocktail for you to use for your wedding day (or just a fun activity to taste something new)! Try some and let us know what you think!


Marcos:

Laughing Dog Sour


Ingredients

1 part Drambuie

1/2 part Mezcal

1/2 part Cynar

1/4 part lemon juice

1 part Chameleon Mexican Coffee

0.5 tsp. preserves, orange or strawberry

3/4 part or 1 egg white

Dash of Angostura Bitters for garnish

Preparation

Combine with ice, shake, double strain, and serve. Garnish with dash of Angostura Bitters


Rich:

Ancho Verde Margarita



Ingredients

1 part Tequila

1 part Ancho Reyes Verde

1 part fresh lime juice

1/3 part agave nectar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake hard and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass with half of the rim salted. Garnish with a lime wheel.


Ty:

Little Devil



Ingredients

1.75 oz. Reyka Vodka

0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice

0.75 oz. maple syrup B grade

0.75 oz. Ancho Reyes

Soda water, to top Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in cocktail shaker. Shake, strain, and serve.


Mike:

The Royal Wedding



Ingredients

1 oz. Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Kaffir lime infused St. Germain French Elderflower Liqueur

0.75 oz. Noilly Dry

0.25 oz. of fresh lime juice

5 dashes chartreuse

Kaffir lime leaf for garnish

Preparation

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake lightly. Pour into a coupette and garnish with kaffir lime leaf.


Emma:

St. Germain Gin Spritz



Ingredients

4 oz. dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine

1 oz. Gin (our favorite is Sipsmith)

1½ oz. St.-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

Club soda

Fresh lavender (for serving)

Preparation

Pour Prosecco into an ice-filled large wine or rocks glass. Add St-Germain and Gin and top off with club soda. Gently stir together; garnish with lavender.
