Is it Fall yet??

Fall is sorta coming here is Tucson. Not really, its only August but a girl can pretend. I am starting to crave food that makes me think of leaves turning red and scarves. Below is a quick and easy recipe Ive been making that is giving me all of those cozy fall feelings.

Peal and cut carrots and creamer potatoes into roughly the same size. Toss with a bit of olive oil (I use avocado oil) and a tablespoon of honey. Then toss with a teaspoon of cumin, cayenne and paprika, add salt and pepper to taste and bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes.


This is so simple and so delicious. Enjoy with chicken or a roast!
